This opportunity is for an accomplished and highly organised Personal Assistant to work closely with a busy Director in a successful property investment and development business. The role is a hands-on support position where the PA will act as a trusted right-hand partner, helping the Director stay efficient and on top of a fast-moving workload.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing corporate support with personal assistance, handling changing priorities with discretion, initiative, and a strong commercial mindset.

Working arrangement

This is a Monday to Friday role, working 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. On-site parking is available, and the package includes generous holiday entitlement along with additional benefits.

Key responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the Director across business, operational, and personal matters.

  • Take ownership of complex diary coordination, meeting schedules, and appointment planning.
  • Manage a substantial range of personal PA tasks so the Director’s daily routine runs smoothly.
  • Prepare professional emails, correspondence, and other communications on the Director’s behalf.
  • Organise travel, logistics, deliveries, and collections across several locations.
  • Handle document filing, records, expenses, and general administrative work.
  • Maintain and refresh trackers, spreadsheets, and project lists.
  • Work with internal colleagues, outside suppliers, and professional contacts.
  • Assist with confidential matters and additional projects as needed.

Required experience and attributes

The successful candidate should bring prior experience in a senior support role such as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Private PA, ideally gained in a corporate setting supporting directors or other senior leaders.

  • Demonstrated background managing both business support and extensive personal assistance duties.
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to anticipate needs and take responsibility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Additional information

The employer is an equal opportunities organisation and is committed to strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion within its processes.

Because of the number of applications expected, individual responses may not be possible. If a consultant has not been in touch within 24 hours, the application should be considered unsuccessful.

Opportunity summary

This role suits an experienced PA who enjoys a varied workload, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in being the dependable support behind an entrepreneurial Director.
