About the role

FPS Distribution Ltd is hiring a Parts Advisor to support branch operations in Normanton, Queensland. This position sits within the NAPA Auto Parts commercial network, a large international parts, tools, and equipment supplier focused on the needs of commercial vehicle mechanics and repair specialists. The brand operates across a wide network with more than 6,000 locations globally and over 36 dedicated CV sites in the UK and Ireland, supplying OEM, OE-matched, and exclusive product lines to repair centres, retailers, and emergency service fleets.

The role covers a broad range of branch activities, but the main focus is growing and supporting the local customer base through strong sales and service. You will speak with customers, process orders, and help ensure they receive the correct parts quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities
