Role overview

The Parts Advisor role is focused on increasing parts sales by responding quickly and accurately to customer questions and orders, whether received face-to-face or by phone. What you will do

  • Handle routine daily tasks in a way that keeps operations running smoothly and without interruption.

  • Help prepare clear and timely reports on parts sales in line with department standards and company requirements.

  • Follow safety, quality, and environmental requirements to help maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Make sure technicians use personal protective equipment at all times and report any damage or missing items to management.

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
