Role overview
Voxology is expanding a partner ecosystem that is central to helping customers safeguard their organizations, employees, and critical priorities. The company positions Customer Experience (CX) Testing as an essential part of strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
The Partner Account Manager will own relationships with Voxology’s largest and most strategically important national and regional Value Added Resellers (VARs) across North America, particularly partners already experienced in CPaaS, CCaaS, or UCaaS. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Global Vice President of Sales and will help establish a key growth pillar for the business.
As the first PAM in the organization, you will be responsible for creating strategic business plans and ensuring partners have the knowledge and capability to sell, consult on, and deliver CX Testing solutions effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for up to four strategic partners in North America and take full ownership of their growth, including travel roughly 2 to 3 days each week.
- Drive both new customer wins and recurring revenue growth in partnership with assigned resellers.
- Design and execute go-to-market sales plans that blend sales, marketing, and technical initiatives.
- Build executive relationships across both organizations to strengthen commitment, investment, and focus on the Voxology partnership.
- Create and deliver partner enablement plans with internal teams, covering product knowledge, sales approach, pitch development, marketing, social positioning, and joint events.
- Develop a strong command of Voxology’s technology and value proposition so you can present it effectively to partners and end customers.
- Understand each partner’s business model, performance drivers, and success metrics, then align Voxology’s value proposition to their goals.
- Keep a strong focus on customer success delivered through partners.
Required experience and qualifications
- At least 5 years of combined experience in strategic partner sales and direct SaaS sales is required.
- Background working with large mid-market or enterprise-focused VARs, integrators, MSPs, or GSIs is preferred, especially with solid technical knowledge and strong CX solution awareness.
- Demonstrated experience building regional or national partner businesses with major industry players is required.
- Prior quota-carrying experience in both partner and direct sales across North America is strongly preferred, along with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Additional requirements
- Strong understanding of how to create and execute go-to-market strategies with large partner organizations.
- Existing C-level relationships with target partners such as VARs, integrators, and GSIs in North America.
- Excellent organizational ability and the independence to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable representing and promoting Voxology’s values with partners and their customers.
- A willingness to own the full partner lifecycle, from profiling and recruitment through enablement, funnel management, deal closure, and beyond.
- Proven selling skills with practical knowledge of sales processes and tools, especially active CRM management.
Compensation and benefits
The on-target earnings range is $130,000 to $150,000 with an uncapped commission structure and a 50/50 split.
Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off and holidays, plus stipends for cell phone, internet, and wellness.
