About the Role
CodeVertex Talent is looking for a part-time, entry-level Data Entry Clerk to help keep records accurate, documents well maintained, and remote operations running in an organized way. This position supports dependable internal data management so business information stays clean, current, and usable.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, revise, and keep information current in internal platforms, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
- Check submitted data for completeness, proper formatting, duplicate entries, and basic accuracy.
- Sort and manage digital documents while keeping files aligned with internal standards.
- Share task progress, missing details, and exceptions clearly with team leads.
- Handle customer, applicant, business, and operational information with strict confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail, along with strong communication, organization, and dependability.
- Comfort working remotely with accountability and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to function effectively in a structured company setting.
- Experience or comfort handling documentation, records, systems, or operational work with accuracy.
- Willingness to follow established procedures and solve routine issues as they arise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting remote teams or document-intensive workflows.
- Familiarity with common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems.
- Ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks and internal processes.
