This position focuses on providing administrative and operational coordination support so that daily business activities run efficiently. The role involves organizing resources, monitoring operational progress, assisting logistics-related tasks, and keeping documentation accurate to support smooth delivery of projects and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of operations across projects and site teams.
  • Handle administrative coordination for Operations and Logistics teams, including schedules, records, and communication flow.
  • Review and validate daily and monthly timesheets to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Work with HR, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams to help allocate manpower, equipment, and other resources correctly.
  • Assist with mobilizing and demobilizing manpower according to operational needs and client expectations.
  • Monitor project schedules, output, and milestones, and highlight delays when they arise.
  • Keep operational reports, files, and records organized and up to date.
  • Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements, confirm the scope of work, and keep activities aligned.
  • Support travel planning, site access, permit processing, and logistics arrangements for operations staff.
  • Help arrange operational meetings, training sessions, and other team activities when required.
  • Ensure all coordination work follows company processes and operational standards.

Strategic responsibilities

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in operational workflows by strengthening coordination, monitoring, and reporting methods.

Qualifications
