Role Overview

This is a freshers-friendly Operations Associate role for candidates based in Hyderabad. The position combines relationship management, field coordination, CRM follow-up, digital support, and day-to-day operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture working relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors across Hyderabad.
• Handle the company’s relationship network CRM and keep the follow-up pipeline updated.
• Arrange meetings, share product catalogs, and coordinate sample delivery.
• Join the founder on visits to architect and designer offices whenever needed.
• Maintain records for market intelligence, project status, and client relationships.
• Support outreach efforts on Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and other digital channels.
• Assist with inventory coordination, documentation, and operational support tasks.
• Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Canva to improve efficiency and workflows.
• Monitor leads coming in from JustDial, social platforms, and referrals.
• Make sure all interactions are properly logged and followed up on time.

Requirements

• Graduates in B.Tech, BBA, or MBA are preferred.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Telugu are needed.
• Comfort with tools such as ChatGPT and Canva is required.
• Willingness to travel around Hyderabad for meetings with architects and designers is important.
• Having a two-wheeler is preferred.
• Good organization skills and the ability to build relationships effectively are essential.

Compensation

The annual salary offered for this role is between INR 2,40,000 and INR 3,00,000.
