Role Overview
Rex.zone is looking for a full-time Online Startup Generalist to help drive early-stage work across operations, product support, customer processes, and light analytics in a remote-first setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional work spanning product, engineering, operations, and support with simple project tracking tools.
- Monitor tasks, decision owners, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and take action to remove blockers when needed.
- Build and update internal documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and FAQs so processes stay consistent.
- Prepare routine operational reporting, including weekly KPI summaries, pipeline status updates, and basic business metrics.
- Handle administration for vendors, tools, subscriptions, and renewals.
- Support experimentation work such as landing page trials, onboarding flow checks, and support workflow tests, then summarize the results.
- Strengthen customer support operations by spotting recurring issues and recommending process improvements.
- Write clear internal notes and customer-facing messages when required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, customer operations, or a similar startup generalist position.
- Proven ability to work through unclear tasks and still deliver results with little oversight.
- Good working knowledge of spreadsheets and basic analysis, including filters, pivot tables, and simple dashboards.
- Strong written communication skills suited to remote, asynchronous teamwork.
Compensation
The role offers a base pay range of $30 to $50 per hour.
