Role Overview
RG&T Solutions is looking for a proactive, detail-focused Online Product Support professional at entry level to work from home. In this position, you will help online customers, resolve product-related questions, and support technical troubleshooting while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions through chat, email, and phone, including product details, basic troubleshooting, and technical concerns.
- Share clear, accurate, and prompt information to help maintain a positive customer experience.
