Role overview

The HR Officer (UAEN) will help run and strengthen IDO’s Emiratization/NAFIZ programme, with a focus on attracting and retaining UAE Nationals across IDO and its related entities. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this role serves as the main liaison between IDO and entity-level HR teams to drive group-wide NAFIS activities.

Core responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution and development of the Emiratization/NAFIZ programme.
  • Contribute to recruitment and retention efforts aimed at UAE Nationals within IDO and its entities.
  • Coordinate with HR teams across the group to align and implement NAFIS-related initiatives.
  • Handle key HR operations such as joining formalities, exit processing, leave administration, employee records, and employment documentation.
  • Maintain efficient daily HR workflows and help improve the overall employee experience.
  • Ensure HR activities remain aligned with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  • Respond to HR service requests and provide timely support to ensure smooth HR service delivery across IDO.
