Job Summary

This role provides administrative and organizational support for the Executive Director’s office, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a communication link between the Executive Director, the leadership team, and employees to keep workflow moving and ensure directives, instructions, messages, and information are passed on accurately.
  • Coordinate the Executive Director’s travel and external relationships outside the country, including participation in major international conferences and events, and follow up on the preparation of integrated benchmarking plans abroad.
  • Draft outgoing correspondence and official letters issued from the Executive Director’s office, both inside and outside the authority.
  • Prepare project plans related to the Executive Director’s office and monitor their implementation.
  • Develop and coordinate the agenda and presentations for the Board of Directors meeting in collaboration with the leadership team and relevant departments.
  • Track compliance of department managers with operational KPIs and ensure follow-up on performance-related commitments.
  • Prepare the annual communication and outreach plan for the Executive Director and department managers, both internally and externally, and follow up on execution with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned as needed.
