noon Minutes, our rapid hyper-local delivery platform, provides a curated selection of fast-moving consumer goods and grocery items, promising delivery within 15 minutes. Currently operational in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, we serve customers with thousands of products in record time.

What You'll Do
Join a dynamic team at noon, comprised of exceptionally fast, intelligent, and dedicated individuals. Our young, ambitious, and skilled team is instrumental in driving significant initiatives forward.
- Prepare a diverse range of beverages, including various coffee styles (hot, cold, iced), teas, and frappes using automated coffee machines.
- Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other related equipment proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in strict accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols for food and beverage handling.
- Manage inventory, assist with the receiving of stock, and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
What You'll Need
- Prior experience as a barista is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and perform efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong capacity for organization.
- Physical stamina to remain standing for extended periods.
- A positive outlook, a strong desire to learn, and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
