About the Role
As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our guests and the security of our pub and hotel throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include handling guest requests, greeting and checking in late arrivals, and maintaining room standards. You will also be responsible for setting up breakfast service and conducting necessary health and safety checks and audits.

What We Look For
We are seeking a Night Porter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to be self-motivated and work independently. Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills and an impeccable eye for detail are essential.
