Role Summary

The Network Team Leader will oversee the reliability, speed, and protection of enterprise network services. The role covers planning, deploying, and supporting data, voice, and cloud networking across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and multi-cloud setups, while ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements are met in line with ISMS and NCA standards. The position also supports business continuity efforts and wider digital transformation goals.

What You Will Do

• Plan, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data, voice, and cloud environments.
• Maintain dependable network performance and high service availability across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and multi-cloud platforms.
• Strengthen network security and help ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability controls are followed.
• Support network architecture and operations in alignment with ISMS and NCA requirements.
• Contribute to business continuity planning and enable digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in network design, implementation, and support.
• CCNA and MCSE certification.
• Practical exposure to LAN/WAN, WiFi, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking, and security technologies.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
