Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using .NET, Azure, and C#.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based solutions on Azure.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and implement improvements to enhance performance and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensure smooth project delivery by proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Skill Requirements
- Strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core and C#.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
- Good understanding of Cloud Computing & Azure Architecture.
- Proven experience in team handling and mentoring developers in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
- Experience in full-stack development is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server / NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
- C# (Advanced proficiency)
- Microsoft Azure (Hands-on experience in cloud services & deployment)
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
