Compensation and benefits

Pay starts at $17 to $19 per hour. The role comes with a management team for support, access to a caregiver community, childcare guidance, training, and professional development. Full-time babysitters may also be eligible for health, vision, and dental coverage. Additional benefits include regular pay increases and incentive bonuses.

What the role involves

In this position, you will care for children ranging from 6 weeks to 13 years old, depending on your background and experience. The work includes keeping children engaged with games, crafts, and other age-appropriate activities, while also ensuring their safety and well-being.

You may also be asked to prepare simple meals and snacks, tidy up kitchens and play areas after activities, and work with a variety of families. Some clean-up may involve age-appropriate help from the children.
