About the Role
A busy clinic in Perth is looking for an experienced and driven Physiotherapist to become part of its team. In this role, you will help deliver high-quality patient care while also supporting the clinic’s continued development and success.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out detailed patient assessments and design tailored treatment plans based on each client’s needs and goals.
- Use evidence-based approaches such as manual therapy, exercise programming, and education on injury prevention and self-management.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including massage therapists and sports physicians, to provide coordinated care and better client outcomes.
- Keep clear and accurate clinical documentation, such as progress notes and treatment plans, in line with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners, using strong interpersonal skills.
- Keep up to date with current physiotherapy research and practice developments, and help support the team’s ongoing learning.
- Take part in clinic initiatives and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Active registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Strong ability to manage time and stay organised.
- A genuine focus on client outcomes and evidence-based care.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail, along with sound analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
