Merchandiser (Jeddah)

Job purpose

This role focuses on strengthening product presence and execution across important retail accounts in Jeddah. The merchandiser will help maintain strong shelf visibility, keep stock available, support store-based promotions, and contribute to sales and category performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets regularly to manage day-to-day merchandising activities.
• Maintain strong product availability, shelf visibility, pricing accuracy, and adherence to planograms and Must Stock Lists.
• Coordinate and assist with Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns and other in-store promotional efforts.
• Track and share sell-in and sell-out information with the Category Manager.
• Support product promotions, launches, and other retail activation activities.
• Share market trends and competitor observations with the commercial team.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and work with the sales team to reduce the risk of stock shortages.
• Ensure products are rotated correctly and that food safety standards are followed in stores.

Qualifications and skills

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising is required.
• Background in fresh food, dry food, and seafood categories is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Jeddah retail landscape and major modern trade retailers is preferred.
• High attention to detail and solid organizational ability.
• Good written and verbal communication, along with reporting skills.
• Self-driven, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and handle daily store visits efficiently.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

The role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, onsite position.
