Role overview

Address Group is hiring an experienced MEP Planner Specialist for construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time onsite role focuses on building, tracking, and managing schedules for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work so that design, procurement, and field execution stay aligned.

Key responsibilities

Create detailed schedules for MEP workstreams, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting activities.
Work closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams to coordinate planning needs.
Track manpower, equipment, and productivity against the approved plan.
Revise schedules as actual progress changes or project updates arise.
Take part in progress review meetings and communicate schedule status to stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with contractual milestones and project performance targets.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related engineering field.
At least 10 years of experience in MEP planning within construction or contracting environments.
Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, which is mandatory for this role.
Good working knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
