Key Responsibilities

The selected professional will manage medical and allied departments, bring clinical teams together for smooth service delivery, and help maintain continuous readiness across the hospital.

• Lead coordination among clinical and allied departments.
• Ensure the hospital remains prepared to deliver care at all times, including emergencies.
• Supervise staffing plans, duty rosters, and allocation of resources.
• Monitor performance indicators and patient feedback to improve service quality.
• Take ownership of budgeting, crisis handling, and regulatory compliance activities.

Candidate Profile

The role calls for a senior healthcare administrator with strong leadership ability and hands-on experience in hospital operations. The candidate should be familiar with accreditation standards, licensing requirements, and healthcare policy.

• MBBS is required, along with MHA, MD in Hospital Administration, or an MBA in Healthcare Management.
• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare administration is expected.
• Should have spent a minimum of 8 years working as a Deputy Medical Superintendent or Medical Superintendent.
• Working knowledge of accreditation, licensing, and healthcare regulations is important.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
