About Ivo
Ivo works on the infrastructure behind agreements between people who do not fully trust one another. From clay tablets to stone carvings to long PDF contracts, the way contracts are reviewed has stayed essentially unchanged for thousands of years. The company is building AI that modernizes this process. Its contract intelligence platform is used by companies such as Uber, Meta, Canva, IBM, and Shopify. Ivo recently closed a Series B round and has expanded by 800% in the last 12 months.
Role overview
Ivo is hiring a Marketing Designer to support a fast-growing marketing team in San Francisco. This person will help define and extend the brand’s visual language across the website, social channels, live events, and important stages of the buying journey. The work should be polished, practical, and executed at a very high standard.
The brand already has a distinct personality and viewpoint, and the team wants someone who can elevate it further. The audience is sharp, selective, and not interested in clutter, so the design bar is intentionally high. This is also an opportunity to work in legal tech, where AI capabilities are developing quickly, and to use design to teach, influence, and build excitement around the company’s story and product.
What you will do
- Own design for a wide mix of marketing materials, including digital ads, social content, event booth assets, one-pagers, presentations, landing pages, and related collateral
- Create web pages and other online experiences
- Turn campaign ideas and original research into visually strong creative output
- Protect and refine Ivo’s visual identity so it stays consistent across all customer touchpoints
- Work with the Brand and Content team on video-related creative
- Help with event production, including out-of-home placements and materials used inside venues
- Coordinate with outside agencies and production partners to brief work, review deliverables, and see projects through launch
What we are looking for
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in marketing design or brand design, preferably within a B2B SaaS setting
- A portfolio showing strong visual taste, willingness to experiment, and polished execution
- Hands-on experience designing for the web, especially in Webflow
- Strong command of Figma, which is the main design tool, along with Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team while managing work from concept to completion
- Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct issues quickly
- Comfort receiving feedback from several stakeholders and incorporating it effectively
- Nice to have: familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere
Compensation and benefits
- The base salary range in USD for this position is $142,000 to $160,000. Final compensation will depend on experience, expertise, and overall fit, and commission is not guaranteed.
