Role Overview

The Marketing, Customer Success & Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting customer engagement across the EMEA region. A major part of the role is working closely with the Customer Success team to plan and deliver customer communications, mainly through email marketing and automation in HubSpot.

The position helps ensure customers receive timely and relevant information such as training details, product announcements, updates, and campaign communications in a clear and professional format. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Customer Success team to plan and distribute customer communications across the EMEA region.
  • Create, manage, and launch email campaigns in HubSpot for product news, training invites, webinars, and customer updates.
  • Keep campaign messaging aligned with wider marketing and product communication standards.
  • Review engagement performance such as open and click rates, and use those insights to improve future communications.
  • Provide occasional email support to Regional Marketing Managers when needed.
  • Arrange the delivery of sample parts for customer outreach, events, and marketing programs.
  • Prepare and ship parts and event materials for trade shows, customer visits, and regional activities.
  • Track, organize, and maintain sample inventory so items are available, returned, and easy to locate.
  • Serve as a central contact for active and upcoming marketing campaigns across EMEA.
  • Update the campaign tracker used in weekly marketing meetings to show campaign status, launch plans, and related activities.
  • Act as the on-site contact for the marketing team and help with daily coordination and collaboration.
