Role Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will be based on site in County Dublin and will support the delivery of marketing activity across digital and studio-based channels. The purpose of the role is to help promote Reformer Pilates and physiotherapy services through well-coordinated campaigns, consistent brand messaging, and engaging content.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will help plan and execute marketing initiatives, manage social content, prepare email campaigns, and produce promotional materials that reflect the company’s visual identity and tone of voice. You will also contribute to sales-focused activity such as membership offers, client retention campaigns, and referral initiatives. In addition, you will assist with event planning, monitor campaign results, maintain marketing schedules, and work closely with studio and physio teams so that messaging stays aligned across all touchpoints.
