About the opportunity

We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager focused on packing to take charge of packing and related downstream activities at the site. The role is centered on keeping products packed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high quality standard.

• Ensure production targets and customer needs are met while improving plant performance.
• Work within a team culture that prioritizes continuous improvement.
• Guide, coach, and grow a strong operations team with strong attention to safety and people development.
• Combine hands-on operational leadership with longer-term planning to lift overall performance.

What you will bring

You will need several years of experience leading a manufacturing site, ideally within food production, along with a solid background in production and operations management. Experience in packing and finished goods manufacturing would be highly regarded.

• Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Practical experience with ERP platforms and inventory control systems.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance work and ensure plant readiness, including safe work procedures, work permits, and preventative maintenance plans.
• A strategic mindset with strong planning skills and the ability to align daily output with future capacity, business growth, and supply chain needs.
