About the Role

Role Purpose
This position is responsible for supporting production equipment, output quality, on-schedule delivery, continuous improvement, safety, and housekeeping on the manufacturing line. The goal is to help produce high-quality SOI and Refresh products while working within department guidelines and company policies.
Key Duties
- Run assigned production equipment and carry out basic maintenance on one tool group to support the manufacture of SOI and Refresh products.
- Follow standard operating procedures and take preventive action against non-conformance to avoid wafer scrap.
- Track and speed up production lots, manage work-in-progress, and plan output based on MMP requirements to reduce cycle time and meet daily production targets and customer demand.
- Observe basic tool stability within one process group and follow the required qualification steps to return equipment to production after maintenance or sustaining work.
- Carry out routine checks, respond with corrective actions where needed, and ensure equipment remains in proper working condition to protect product and service quality.
- Take part in improvement initiatives and assigned training to raise overall work standards.
Requirements
- NITEC or O/A Level qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications and familiar with cleanroom environment and protocols.
- Strong communication abilities and a cooperative, team-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work 12-hour day or night shifts as needed.
Additional Information
The role also includes maintaining safety and housekeeping standards on the manufacturing line and supporting smooth business operations within internal guidelines and corporate policies.
