About the role
Join a Technology Services team that designs and delivers digital products centered on user needs and business impact. In this position, you will lead the direction and delivery of a core performance management product that supports an important firm-wide process. The work involves rethinking an existing workflow so that the product delivers stronger value for both users and the business.
You will act as the customer advocate, turning product strategy into practical priorities for cross-functional teams. The role calls for balancing user expectations, business outcomes, and technical constraints while helping the product evolve through collaboration, evidence-based decisions, and new AI-enabled capabilities.

Key responsibilities
You will shape planning and delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the product roadmap is translated into actionable work. You will also help drive adoption, align teams, and improve the user experience across connected tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Convert product strategy and the roadmap into a practical plan that supports business and technology priorities.
- Work with stakeholders to align on direction and enable informed decisions.
- Develop a strong understanding of user segments, needs, and value drivers.
- Use KPIs, user feedback, and pilots to measure product impact and refine priorities.
- Lead communication, training, and adoption efforts for end users.
- Partner with other product teams to create connected and consistent user experiences.
- Communicate product vision and business value clearly to guide delivery teams.
- Own, maintain, and re-prioritize the product backlog to maximize outcomes.
- Work with engineering teams and vendors on enhancements, releases, and ongoing improvements.
- Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and support usability and integration improvements.
- Where needed, coordinate contributors such as contractors or rotational team members.
- Maintain knowledge of internal systems, market trends, and changing user needs.
- Ensure product strategy stays aligned with technology direction.
Requirements
- At least 5–8+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methods and product development practices.
- Hands-on experience with software products, requirement definition, and product issue resolution.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment across business and technology groups.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
- Ability to use data, user insight, and sound business judgment to prioritize work and make trade-offs.
- Experience working with external vendors is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement that requires in-office presence during the week.
