Role Summary

This role supports the day-to-day running of a beverage stall within a food court or coffeeshop in Singapore. It combines outlet operations, customer service, inventory control, sales support, staff coordination, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.

Outlet Operations

  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the drink stall and keep service running efficiently during opening, mid, and closing shifts.
  • Follow internal SOPs, operational routines, and service guidelines when preparing and serving items at assigned counters such as desserts, dim sums, drinks, fruits, or A Taste of Nanyang.
  • Work with the maintenance team to resolve hygiene and upkeep issues quickly so the outlet remains in good condition and aligned with WSH requirements.
  • Make sure the stall meets all required hygiene, health, safety, and licensing rules.
  • Complete end-of-shift and weekly reporting.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time as part of the role.

Customer Service and Transactions

  • Handle customer orders and payments using cash registers or POS systems.

  • Maintain quality standards for food products sold at tenant stalls.
