Descrizione del lavoro
About the role
We are hiring motivated, technically strong Maintenance Fitters to join the engineering team at a major food production facility. In this role, you will help keep production equipment running reliably in a fast-paced and demanding processing environment.
The position is based at the Takapau site in Central Hawke’s Bay, which is the company’s largest dedicated lamb processing facility and can employ up to 950 people at peak season.
Takapau and the wider Central Hawke’s Bay region offer a lifestyle focused on community, family activities, sunshine, vineyards, and wine trails. Nearby areas such as Waipukurau, Waipawa, Waimarama, Ocean Beach, Pourerere, and Porangahau provide markets, artisan food experiences, coastal recreation, fishing, hunting, and quiet natural spaces.
This is a chance to join an improving team and contribute directly to the future of the Takapau site. The role comes with competitive pay, overtime allowances, and training and development support.
The site runs day and evening shifts from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend overtime.
