Role Overview

This position is a full-time remote opportunity for a Logistics Specialist. The selected professional will oversee supply chain coordination, work closely with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, and help keep export activities running smoothly. The role also includes handling logistics-related queries, reviewing operational data, and contributing to efficient movement of goods.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, including solid exposure to logistics work in the USA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a customer-focused approach for working with clients and business partners.
• Working knowledge of supply chain management and export procedures, including shipping rules and required documentation.
• Good analytical ability to assess logistics workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• High attention to detail, sound problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with logistics software or related systems will be an added advantage.
• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
