About the role

This is a full-time store operations opportunity based on a Monday-to-Friday schedule. The focus of the role is to keep stock levels accurate, support visual merchandising activities, and help the store team deliver a smooth customer experience.

What the role involves

• Keep the stockroom tidy, safe, and well ordered so products can be located quickly and easily.
• Work with courier partners to ensure incoming stock is received correctly and without delays.
• Move stock from the stockroom onto the shop floor to support the team with visual merchandising.
• Carry out stock counts and support inventory control processes.
• Develop effective working relationships with the planning team and flag any issues as they arise.
• Keep the customer experience at the centre of daily work.

• Experience handling stock control in a busy retail setting.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Physical ability to lift stock weighing up to 10 kg.
