Role overview
This is a remote contractual opportunity for a Logistics / Supply Chain Manager supporting a client through a workflow platform. The position focuses on improving end-to-end supply chain operations, working with multiple stakeholders, and helping the business run more efficiently and reliably from anywhere.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day supply chain activities, including purchasing, logistics coordination, and inventory control, to support on-time and cost-efficient product movement.
- Review existing supply chain workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and introduce process improvements that lower cost and raise performance.
- Partner with teams across sales, marketing, and product functions to keep communication aligned and operations coordinated.
- Design and execute supply chain plans, including risk reduction and contingency measures, to help protect continuity of service and operations.
- Track operational results using KPIs and other performance metrics, then prepare updates and insights that support better business decisions.
Required experience and capabilities
- Solid knowledge of supply chain concepts and practices, especially procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
- Ability to evaluate processes, spot improvement opportunities, and turn analysis into practical operational changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work smoothly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability, including comfort working with data to guide decisions.
- Familiarity with supply chain software and systems, and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Sound business judgment and awareness of how supply chain decisions support broader company goals and growth.

This is a contract role that can be performed remotely from anywhere. Compensation is competitive and will be based on relevant experience.
