The company blends global capital with hands-on operational expertise in one integrated model. Its long-term goal is to improve the lives of more than 100 million people by 2040 through wider access to vital services including water, energy, food, healthcare, education, and infrastructure.
Its mission is to deliver high-impact, integrated solutions that broaden access to essential services by combining strong execution, local presence, strategic partnerships, and sustainable capital.
About the Department
The Supply Chain and Procurement team develops and executes the organisation’s supply chain strategy so goods, services, and information move smoothly, efficiently, and at the right cost. The function supports operational performance, growth, and value creation by making sure the right products and services are available at the right time, in the right quality, at the right cost, and in the right place.
This team oversees strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier performance, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and trade compliance. It helps build resilient supply networks, manage commercial and operational risk, maintain continuity of supply, and improve cost efficiency while meeting internal governance standards and relevant regulations. The department also works closely with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Legal, and senior stakeholders to use market insights, supplier relationships, and data-led decisions to improve competitiveness, service levels, working capital, and organisational resilience.
Role Summary
As a Logistics Analyst, you will review logistics operations, improve supply chain processes, and help ensure goods are delivered on time and cost-effectively. You will partner with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to improve efficiency and solve logistics issues. The role calls for 3–5 years of practical logistics or supply chain experience, strong analytical ability, and a solutions-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Study supply chain data such as inventory levels, transit times, transport spend, and delivery results to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Follow shipments from dispatch to delivery, stepping in early to address delays or disruptions and protect on-time service.
- Build and share logistics performance reports and dashboards for management and other stakeholders.
- Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to keep orders moving smoothly.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and databases, including shipping papers and inventory information.
- Assess carriers and logistics partners based on cost, compliance, and service quality.
- Support demand and supply planning by using data to forecast trends and inform decisions.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs in transportation, warehousing, and procurement-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to import/export rules, customs procedures, and internal policies.
- Take part in continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives within the supply chain function.
Experience
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or a similar analytical role. You should have handled logistics activities such as order fulfilment, freight coordination, and supplier management, and be comfortable using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle along with logistics/TMS tools. You should also be capable of analysing large datasets and turning insights into practical recommendations. Experience in international shipping, freight forwarding, or customs compliance is also expected.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or an equivalent qualification are considered a plus.
Skills and Tools
Strong Excel capability is important, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modelling. Knowledge of Power BI or SQL will be an advantage. Familiarity with ERP and supply chain software such as SAP or Oracle SCM, as well as Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), is also valuable.
Competencies
You should be organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. The role also requires a collaborative mindset, the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and openness to giving constructive feedback. You should be quick to learn and adaptable when working with new systems, processes, and changing business needs.
Values
The organisation values client orientation, excellence, innovation, integrity, and perseverance.

Applications are encouraged from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences. If you need reasonable adjustments during the application or interview process, you can request support by emailing careers@imbono.com.
