Job Overview
This role is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. The Linen Runner plays a key part in keeping linen flow smooth across the property by moving clean and soiled items on time, organizing stock, and helping maintain housekeeping standards.

Role Summary
The Linen Runner is responsible for making sure fresh linen reaches the right areas promptly and used linen is collected efficiently. The position helps keep guest rooms, housekeeping storage areas, or similar service points fully supplied, while also supporting the housekeeping and laundry teams in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the flow of linen by delivering, collecting, and arranging clean and soiled items throughout the property.
Restock linen supplies in guest rooms, housekeeping closets, or other assigned areas as needed.
Support housekeeping and laundry operations by helping keep work areas orderly and service standards consistent.
Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks independently when required.
Requirements
A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
Previous exposure to hospitality, healthcare, or laundry services is considered an advantage.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for long periods.
Strong attention to detail, dependable work habits, and the ability to communicate well with team members.
Comfort with following directions and working without constant supervision.
