Role Summary

The Licensing Specialist plays a key role in keeping license renewal workflows moving smoothly and on time. The position focuses on carefully checking documents, entering information accurately into the CRM, and ensuring all work aligns with internal standards. A strong part of the role is keeping renewal cases progressing, following up consistently, and coordinating with the right stakeholders.

Key Duties

  • Prepare and submit license applications, establishment card renewal requests, and related amendment submissions.
  • Review renewal files in detail to confirm that all information is correct and complete.
  • Maintain the CRM system with precise updates and strong attention to accuracy.
  • Spot mistakes in applications and immediately alert the relevant Renewal CROs and Consultants so corrections can be made.
  • Monitor renewal progress and keep the appropriate team members informed of status updates.
  • Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams whenever coordination is needed to support renewals.
  • Support the renewals team in delivering an efficient process and strong overall performance.
  • Carry out any additional work-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Strong command of English is essential.

  • Good computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office, are required.
  • Prior familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
