Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The position centers on coordinating leasing activity for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient tenant support and smooth lease administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leasing activities for residential and commercial units.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Prepare, process, and oversee lease agreements and related documentation.
- Respond to tenant and prospect inquiries with a high level of customer service.
- Keep lease files, records, and reports accurate and up to date.
- Work alongside the property management team to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Help support occupancy goals across assigned properties.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with lease administration and leasing processes.
- Working knowledge of property management and residential leasing.
- Strong customer service ability with attention to tenant needs.
- Effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Comfortable working on-site in Ajman, UAE.
- Prior exposure to real estate or leasing work is an advantage.
- Ability to use relevant software and tools for lease and property record management.
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
