Role Overview
Adani Enterprises Limited is seeking a Lead - Sourcing to drive institutional hiring and sourcing initiatives from Mundra, Gujarat. This role focuses on building strong external relationships, running sourcing programs effectively, and supporting coordinated hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engagement with institutions and sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
