About the Role
Jeeny is hiring a Lead Product Designer to guide a product design team and elevate the quality and impact of UX research.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of product designers and associate product designers, while helping shape their professional growth.
- Oversee ongoing user research and usability testing efforts, ensuring they are carried out effectively.
- Prepare, review, and synthesize research findings on a regular basis.
- Set priorities for the design backlog and coordinate design sprints.
- Evaluate the team’s design output consistently and provide feedback.
- Monitor, report, and work toward key metrics and performance indicators on an ongoing basis.
- Develop both near-term and long-range design direction.
- Represent the design function in different settings and facilitate workshops to share ideas and insights.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline; an MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product roles focused on user-facing mobile and web applications.
- Background in technology companies within transportation, delivery, or eCommerce is preferred.
- Experience working in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia and Jordan, is preferred.
- Native-level Arabic fluency is preferred.
