Compensation and working pattern
The role offers a salary in the range of £25,000 to £45,000, depending on experience, along with uncapped commission. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Role overview
The Lead Generator / Energy Consultant will focus on outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and selling the company’s product range to potential business customers. The position also requires managing lead information, researching markets, and supporting conversion efforts through coordinated follow-up activity.
Key responsibilities
- Run outbound telemarketing activity to create leads, arrange appointments, and promote the company’s portfolio to prospective clients
- Use MS Office tools to record, organise, and track information accurately and efficiently
- Research target markets and identify potential B2B customers through multiple channels
- Reach out to prospects by phone, email, and social media
- Assess lead quality by understanding customer requirements and aligning them with the services offered
- Work with the pricing team to shape lead nurturing and conversion strategies
