Role overview

At Wagamama, the kitchen is centred on fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and a fast, energetic pace. In this role, you will keep the back-of-house area clean, well organised, and working efficiently so the chefs can stay focused on preparing food.

This position is for evenings and weekends.

Key duties

• Maintain a spotless kitchen and keep it ready for service.
• Clean pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment so the cooking team can keep operating smoothly.
• Replenish cleaning products and raise the alarm when stock is running low.
• Support with simple prep tasks whenever extra help is needed.
• Work in line with health and safety procedures to protect yourself and the wider team.
