Role overview
At wagamama, food is at the heart of everything. The kitchens focus on fresh ingredients, dishes made to order, and a fast-paced service style. In this role, you’ll be the steady support behind the kitchen, helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace so chefs can stay focused on preparing bold, high-quality food.
What you will do
- Keep the kitchen area clean, tidy, and ready for service at all times.
- Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment so the cooking team can keep moving.
- Replenish cleaning materials and let the team know when supplies are running low.
- Support with simple food preparation tasks whenever help is needed.
- Work in line with health and safety standards to protect yourself and your colleagues.
