About Moleac
Moleac is a Singapore-based biopharmaceutical company that has been operating since 2002 with a strong focus on neurology. Its lead product, NeuroAiD, supports recovery after stroke and is developed from traditional medicine. The product is sold in more than 30 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, and it has become the subject of extensive scientific study and clinical evaluation.
The company has expanded through a partnership-led model, collaborating with respected academic institutions, contract manufacturers, and dedicated commercial partners in each market. Moleac is pursuing further international growth and additional product launches.
The international commercial organization is responsible for building and expanding global sales of NeuroAiD. The team identifies local partners to establish market presence and manage operations. Each Key Account Manager oversees a portfolio of countries and shares responsibility for strategy, execution, operations, and budgets in those markets.
The commercial function is a relatively small team of 9 people within a global headcount of about 60. This role provides the chance to shape commercial growth across multiple international markets while engaging with distributor partners, sales teams, medical professionals, regulatory bodies, and logistics stakeholders.
Role Overview
Moleac is hiring an experienced Russian-speaking Key Account Manager to grow and manage business across Russian-speaking markets. You will oversee a portfolio of countries and work closely with senior members of the commercial team. The team reports directly to the CEO. The position may be performed remotely or from a location that supports travel and business development across Russian-speaking countries and nearby regions. Onboarding is expected to take place in Singapore.
What You Will Do
- Expand sales across a group of assigned countries and help the business meet its overall revenue targets.

- Plan and take part in local events, congresses, and international meetings.
- Track and carry out the required sales and marketing programs in each market.
- Prepare annual budgets and sales forecasts, then monitor performance against them.
- Assist local partners with day-to-day execution and broader market development work.
- Identify potential affiliate or distribution partners in new markets and lead commercial discussions through to signed agreements.
- Work with the Regulatory Affairs team to help register and commercialize NeuroAiD in new countries.
- Assess market potential and contribute to regional business development strategy.
Training and Development
The selected candidate will be trained on Moleac’s internal processes, tools, and the clinical and scientific information behind the product. The company expects the hire to bring strong curiosity and initiative, learn quickly, and become effective in explaining medical information and driving product growth across different markets.
