Role overview
We are looking for a driven, organized, and highly detail-focused professional who works well in a team and is committed to helping customers succeed. This position centers on strengthening relationships with existing clients while also creating new business opportunities through fresh strategies and execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for stakeholders connected to key accounts.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers, account stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Put together monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and ensure they are reliable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent practical background.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
