About the role
Feldhaus Fenster + Fassaden GmbH & Co. KG is one of Germany’s established specialists for window and façade solutions on large-scale construction projects. With around 180 colleagues, the company handles the full project cycle — from development and design through planning, production and installation. In this position, you will support the team in delivering complex, custom-built projects across international locations, following the guiding principle of adapting the building form to its intended function.
The company contributes to landmark cityscapes in places such as Frankfurt, Munich, London, Copenhagen and Luxembourg.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and cost calculations for façade construction projects.
- Create offers based on bills of quantities and technical drawings, including quantity take-offs.
- Calculate change-order and additional work quotations.
- Support and participate in bidder or tender clarification meetings.
- Obtain supplier quotations in coordination with the purchasing team.
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, or a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Professional experience in cost estimation and calculation.
- Working knowledge of construction law and contract review.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Basic English language skills.
- Careful, dependable, and team-oriented working style.
- Ability to work independently with commitment and initiative.
