Junior Technical Project Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Technical Project Specialist to help coordinate the ongoing development and upkeep of merchant websites within a fast-moving fintech environment. This role bridges technical, design, support, and legal workstreams to keep tasks moving smoothly and requirements clearly defined.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the build-out and day-to-day maintenance of merchant websites.
• Interpret basic website structure and how integrations function, then explain them clearly to others.
• Act as a coordination point between development, design, technical support, and legal stakeholders.
• Organize incoming requests by gathering details, removing ambiguity, and turning them into structured task inputs.
• Draft technical briefs for designers to implement in Figma.
• Work with developers to clarify requirements and resolve questions around task execution.
• Monitor task ownership, progress, and current status across parallel workstreams.
• Leverage AI-based tools to assist with research, operational coordination, and routine support tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position such as Technical Project Manager, Technical Specialist, Technical Support, or Operations.
• A strong analytical approach and genuine interest in how systems and products work.
• Foundational, conceptual knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Intermediate Figma skills, including working with files, comments, and preparing tasks.
• Practical familiarity with Adobe applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical specialists and non-technical colleagues.
• Comfort working across multiple teams and handling several tasks at once.
• Exposure to IT, SaaS, fintech, or other web-based products.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments is an advantage.
• Fluency in Russian and strong English, including written technical English at B2 level or above.
