Role summary

In this position, you will help support and maintain Salesforce environments while working alongside business users, developers, and support teams. The role focuses on handling support requests, assisting with configuration tasks, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring a reliable level of user support across the Salesforce system.

Key responsibilities
