Junior Remote Graphic Designer

Role overview

This contract opportunity centers on shaping the visual identity and brand direction for two specialty tea labels, each serving a different audience and market position. One brand is aimed at a younger, health-focused customer base and needs energetic, approachable branding that works well across digital and retail touchpoints. The other is a premium sparkling tea for an upscale audience, calling for a polished, restrained visual language.

You will turn detailed brand briefs into distinctive brand identities, packaging ideas, and connected visual systems that clearly set the two products apart. The work is entirely remote and needs to be finished within one month. There may be additional work later, depending on performance.

Deliverables

• Build full brand identities for both tea brands, with a clear visual and tonal distinction between them.
• Develop packaging concepts that fit each brand’s market position and intended customer profile.
• Create the visual toolkit for each brand, including logo, color palette, typography, and supporting graphic elements.
• Use the supplied brand direction, including tone of voice, positioning, and channel context, to guide all creative output.
• Provide final artwork in file formats ready for both online and print use.
• Work remotely and stay aligned with the agreed project schedule.

Requirements

• Demonstrated graphic design experience, backed by a portfolio that shows branding and packaging projects.
• Strong capability in building visual identities for consumer-facing products, ideally in food and beverage or lifestyle categories.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus other relevant design software.
• Comfort working from detailed briefs and keeping all deliverables visually consistent.
• Solid grasp of brand differentiation and market positioning.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to complete the assignment within one month.
