Role overview
Red Bull Technology is seeking a motivated graduate to begin a career in Formula 1 production control. This opening offers direct exposure to the planning and coordination of high-performance components used in championship-winning cars, with structured support to help the successful candidate progress toward a full Production Controller role.
The position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will collaborate with experienced engineers and group leaders to understand how complex assemblies are planned, scheduled, and delivered.
What you will do
- Help maintain the day-to-day production plan by assisting with scheduling, making sure jobs are clearly defined, realistic, and kitted correctly.
- Review material availability and work with buyers and manufacturing group leaders to confirm what is required.
- Partner with DTSA/HYDS Group Leaders to stay aligned on workload, priorities, and available capacity during the shift.
- Handle basic works order administration, including bill of materials checks, shortage tracking, and support for event-related needs.
- Support replanning by coordinating with Manufacturing/Assembly Groups and Production Controllers when capacity is limited, including helping arrange rescheduling or outsourcing where appropriate.
- Assist the Assembly Engineering Coordinator by tracking delivery progress for parts and projects and escalating concerns when necessary.
What we are looking for
- A graduate who is enthusiastic about learning and comfortable stepping into a development-focused entry role.
- Someone who can adapt readily to changing team needs and shift patterns.
- A professional, dependable attitude with commitment to completing tasks well, regardless of size.
- Strong personal standards, with attention to quality and pride in output.
Benefits
- Performance-related bonus scheme.
- Private medical coverage.
- Company pension plan.
- Access to an on-site gym.
- Daily food allowance provided on site.
- Additional employee benefits beyond those listed.
Inclusion and culture
The organisation places a strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and belonging, aiming to create a workplace where people are supported and able to perform at their best.
