Role overview
We are hiring a Junior Producer to support the centre of our production work. In this position, you will help take photography and film projects from the initial planning stage through to final handover, working closely with producers, creatives, clients, and external partners. The work will involve bringing shoots to life across striking destinations worldwide.
You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from early ideas and concept development through to the finished content delivered to brands and channels. This role suits someone who is highly organised, comfortable solving problems quickly, and excited by the fact that international production work is part of the day-to-day.
You will report to the Senior Producer and the founders.
Core duties
- Support photography and film productions from preparation through to completion while learning the process directly from the production team.
- Manage key pre-production details such as schedules, travel plans, shoot paperwork, and project timelines.
- Help keep post-production on track by monitoring progress, organising client input, and making sure final assets are delivered.
- Act as an important contact for clients, partners, talent, and internal colleagues.
- Travel to shoots and contribute to smooth on-location execution.
- Spot potential logistical issues early and resolve them before or during production.
- Balance multiple projects at once and stay on top of several moving parts.

- Annual salary in the range of £26,000 to £32,000, based on experience.
