Role overview

We are hiring a Junior Marketing Coordinator for a leading entertainment business in New York, NY. This position centers on scheduling and calendar coordination within content management systems while collaborating with both local and global teams.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this assignment is $26 to $29, depending on experience.

What you’ll do

  • Support scheduling activities as the main focus within internal content management systems.
  • Track launch timing and help build out planning calendars.
  • Provide broader team support from both a strategy and launch standpoint, including system ticketing when needed.
  • Maintain accurate content plan data, manage calendar distribution, and make sure the right stakeholders and team members receive the correct information.
  • Use Excel for basic data handling, organization, and simple manipulation tasks.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in one or more of these areas: content planning, content curation, program scheduling, content strategy, streaming, or linear television.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems and scheduling tools; experience with WON is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Airtable, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite, plus the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.
