Role Overview
We are looking for a junior-level data analyst who is highly detail-driven and comfortable turning raw information into clear, useful insights. This position supports reporting, data collection, and business intelligence work that helps teams make better decisions and improve overall performance.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will work with data from multiple sources to organize, check, and analyze it for operational, financial, and strategic use. You will help create reports, dashboards, and performance summaries, while also identifying trends, supporting planning efforts, and contributing to process improvements.
You may also be involved in database upkeep, data cleansing, quality checks, and preparing information that can be used for forecasting and business analysis. Collaboration with different teams will be important when reporting or analytical support is needed.
Required Capabilities
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms. A solid understanding of analytical methods, statistical ideas, visualization basics, and reporting standards will be helpful. Strong quantitative thinking and the ability to explain findings clearly are essential.
Professional Qualities
We are seeking someone who is professional, curious, adaptable, and able to communicate well. You should be able to manage several tasks at once, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Background
A background in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related area is preferred. Prior exposure to reporting, research, administration, operations support, data management, or similar analytical work will be an advantage. Experience with SQL, reporting software, BI tools, data visualization tools, database systems, or analytical applications is also beneficial.
